Our extensive range of package pump stations includes both polyethylene and concrete options, engineered for optimal performance and durability.
Polyethylene pump stations are lightweight, robust, and corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for projects with limited space that also require flexibility and quick installation.
Concrete pump stations offer unmatched strength and stability, perfect for high-head high-flow solutions in harsh environments.
Both options comply with Australian industry standards, ensuring reliable performance, minimal maintenance, and seamless integration into your wastewater, or stormwater projects.

Global Water partnered with Dynamic Commercial Plumbing, to solve various challenges and meet onsite requirements. A 23000 L DrainAce concrete pump station was the ideal solution, effectively addressing capacity needs and high-water table challenges due to its wide diameter and shallower depth.
Global Water provided design and construction solutions for the potable water and wastewater systems at the West Musgrave mine construction camp in Western Australia. We supplied a potable water e-Boost system for clean, pressurised water, and various DrainAce polyethylene and DrainAce concrete pump stations to assist with the camp's wastewater transfer.
Global Water assisted Fulton Hogan Construction with the design and commissioning of two wastewater pump stations at major development sites. A wastewater system was needed to convey sewerage from residential homes to the treatment plant. Two EnviroLift pump stations were supplied, chosen for their WASS regulatory approvals and compact shape.
Each pump station is designed for specific applications. Polyethylene pump stations, ranging from 175 L to 6100 L, are ideal for residential properties due to their lightweight and compact design. Our DrainAce concrete pump stations are suitable for larger residences and apartments. Our DrainAce concrete and EnviroLift pump stations are typically used in commercial applications and can also be used in recreational areas. EnviroLift pump stations, known for their high customisability, are preferred in municipal applications where safety is paramount, allowing easy customisation for councils and wastewater authorities.
All of our package pumping stations come with connected pipework for easy on-site installation. Poly pump stations typically take around 3 hours, depending on the chamber size. DrainAce concrete pump stations take about 5 hours, also varying with chamber size. EnviroLift pump station installations can range from 1-6 days due to depths up to 15 m and specific council requirements. We offer commissioning services, including connecting the camlock inside the chamber, running conduit for the controller, and testing electrical systems to ensure pumps and alarms function correctly.
